Turkey Visa Application Process

 

Application Process

Step 1:

Please visit our website https://www.reired.com and kindly download the "Checklist and Visa Application Form" from "Downloadable Documents". Click on "Visa Application Process" to know about the required documents for different visa categories or you may visit our Visa Application Center located in Bangaladesh.

Step 2:

Kindly bring all documents mentioned in website as per your desired visa category and fill up the visa application form. Online Visa Application Form will only be filled at REIRED Visa Application Centers in accordance with the information given by Visa category.

Step 3:

You have to come in person (12 & above age group) at the Visa Application Center as walk-in without any appointment for submission of your visa application. However, in family visa applications, family members aged from 12 to 67 have to come and give Fingerprints and Biometric. An undertaking form has to be signed by rest of the family members. For the passport collection time only one of family member can receive the passport. When you arrive at the Visa Application Center, you will take a token and wait for your turn. Your token is called to submit your visa application at the submission counter.

Step 4:

Total costs are charged in cash, Bkash, Credit card, debit card, master card and visa card. Please retain this original payment receipt until you get back your passports/documents from the Visa Application Center.

Step 5:

Visa fee and service charges: Visa fee and service charge information are available in our website in the general information. Visa fee and service charges can be paid in both USD and BDT. 

Note: Please make sure your self and read the agreement papers careful before paying and leaving visa applicatin center that once your application is submitted then above mentioned visa fee and service charges are non- refundable.

Step 6:

Process time: Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye normally takes 3 to 4 weeks for visa application process from the date of submission of application at REIRED Visa Application Center. However, in peak season, the visa process time may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. Therefore, we strongly advise to apply Türkiye visa at least 5 weeks before the departure date. Please do not purchase confirmed Air ticket and Hotel until you get the visa from Embassy of Türkiye, only exception is for Transit purpose. Otherwise, Republic of Türkiye and REIRED International LTD will not be held responsibility. Also, please note that no such urgent visa process or expedite visa process requests will be entertained neither by Embassy Republic of Türkiye nor by REIRED International LTD. Therefore, please only provide Air ticket and Hotel reservation. 

Note: If your visa application is refused by the Embassy then you can re-apply after anytime with fresh documents as well as with new visa fee and service charges.

Reired visa application center is the sole institution officially authorized to receive visa applications for Türkiye Visa in Bangaldesh. Reired International LTD does not have any official or authorized agent/sub-agent or any legislatures and bears no accountability for any visa application or any subsidiary services that are not directly submitted to them. Services provided by Reired International LTD (Türkiye visa application center) is only obliged to forward the applications to Embassy and the visa decision is only given by Embassy. Employees of Türkiye visa application center have no positive or negative impact on the visa decision. If you encountered the claim that employees of Türkiye visa application center have an effect on the visa decision, then please notify it to authorized officers of Türkiye visa application center.

Business Visa

1. A valid passport with 6 months validity on the date of application and it should have at least 2 empty pages
2. Passport bio data page photocopies (3 copy).
3. 3 copies biometric photos with white background that were taken within the last 6 months covering the full-face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in size 2x2 matte paper.
4. National ID card or birth certificate photocopy (ID mandatory).
5. Travel insurance, as per embassy/consulate instructions Türkiye incoming health insurance is mandatory. Your Travel Health Insurance is included within the package service fee and it can be done only by REIRED.
6. Airline ticket reservation.
7. Hotel reservation.
8. Original bank statement up to date covering last 3 months of transactions + Original bank solvency (of the cost bearer).
9. Letter of introduction from the company (If the visit will be made on behalf of a company).
10. Letter of invitation from an individual or institution in Türkiye (Properly signed and directly sent by e-mail or fax to the Embassy).
11. Trade license attested by notary public, Import-Export License, LC (If exist).
12. Income tax return + TIN attested by notary public (Business & Employee).
13. NOC + Visiting card + Official ID (Only for employee).
14.  Membership + Memorandum + Incorporation + Export + Import certificate attested by a notary public (Only for businessman).
15. BMDC certificate/Bar Council certificate/ Retirement Papers for retired Govt. Officials attested by notary public (Occupation wise).
16. Other supporting documents if available (Employment agreement, Old Türkiye Visa, Tapu, Inviter residence permit or Visa Copy.

Work Visa

1. A passport with 1 year validity on the date of application and it should have at least 2 empty pages Passport.
2. Passport bio data page photocopies (3 copy).
3. 3 copies biometric photos with white background that were taken within the last 6 months covering the full-face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in size 2x2 matte paper. 
4. National ID card or birth certificate photocopy (ID mandatory).

8. An agreement signed between employer and employee.
9. Applicant aged below 18 travelling with one parent needs to provide a permission letter from another parent Introduction letter (Yourself).

Note: Other documents should be submitted to the Türkiye Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS) by the employer within ten working days after the employee’s application. Please find the list of those documents in the MLSS’s website ( http://www.csgb.gov.tr  ). 

Note: Applications are finalized by the MLSS within thirty days at the latest. Right after arrival in Turkey (before starting to work), it is required to be registered at the local police department within one month to obtain the necessary residence permit.

Turkey’s visa information

এটা অত্যন্ত বাঞ্ছনীয় যে বিদেশীরা, যারা তুরস্কে যেতে ইচ্ছুক, তাদের আমাদের দেশের ভিসা ব্যবস্থা সম্পর্কে সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য পড়তে হবে।

একটি দেশের পর্যটন এবং ব্যবসায়িক উদ্দেশ্যে ভিসার ব্যবস্থা কাজ এবং শিক্ষা উদ্দেশ্যমূলক সফর থেকে ভিন্ন হতে পারে। এছাড়াও তুরস্কের ভিসা ব্যবস্থা পারস্পরিক নীতি অনুসারে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

যদিও কিছু আবেদনকারী তুরস্কে তাদের পর্যটন বা ব্যবসায়িক ভ্রমণের জন্য ভিসা থেকে অব্যাহতি পেতে পারে, অন্যরা একটি ই-ভিসা পেতে পারে। অন্যান্য সমস্ত আবেদনকারীদের বিদেশে তুর্কি প্রতিনিধিত্বের মাধ্যমে ভিসা পেতে হবে।

পাসপোর্টের বৈধতা:

"বিদেশী এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সুরক্ষা সংক্রান্ত আইন" নং 6458 এর 7.1b অনুচ্ছেদ অনুসারে, তুরস্কে প্রবেশ করতে ইচ্ছুক বিদেশীদের "থাকার সময়কাল" এর পরে কমপক্ষে 60 দিনের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার তারিখ সহ একটি ভ্রমণ নথি (পাসপোর্ট) বহন করতে হবে। তাদের ভিসা, ই-ভিসা, ভিসা ছাড়, বা বসবাসের অনুমতি।

উদাহরণ A: 90 দিনের "অবস্থানের সময়কাল" সহ একটি ভিসা নিয়ে তুরস্কে প্রবেশ করার জন্য, বিদেশীদের একটি ভ্রমণ নথি ধারণ করতে হবে কমপক্ষে একটি অতিরিক্ত 60 দিনের জন্য যা মোট 150 দিন (90 দিন + 60 দিন) বৈধতার জন্য। প্রবেশের সময়।

উদাহরণ B: 30 দিনের "অবস্থানের সময়কাল" সহ একটি ভিসা নিয়ে তুরস্কে প্রবেশ করার জন্য, বিদেশীদের একটি ভ্রমণ নথি থাকতে হবে অন্তত একটি অতিরিক্ত 60 দিনের জন্য যা মোট 90 দিন (30 দিন + 60 দিন) বৈধতার জন্য। প্রবেশের সময়।"

আন্তর্জাতিক চুক্তি এবং বিশেষ আইনি বিধান অনুসারে, নিম্নলিখিত বিভাগগুলিকে এই বিধান থেকে অব্যাহতি দেওয়া হয়েছে:

ক) যে দেশের নাগরিকদের "ইউরোপীয় কাউন্সিলের সদস্য রাষ্ট্রগুলির মধ্যে ব্যক্তিদের চলাচল নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী প্রবিধানের উপর ইউরোপীয় চুক্তি" অনুসারে তাদের জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র সহ তুরস্কে প্রবেশের অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়েছে;

খ) পাসপোর্টধারী দেশের নাগরিকদের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে কিন্তু একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য বৈধ বলে বিবেচিত

1. জার্মানি - গত বছরের মধ্যে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়েছে / গত বছরের মধ্যে আইডির মেয়াদ শেষ হয়েছে
2. বেলজিয়াম - গত 5 বছরের মধ্যে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে।
3. ফ্রান্স - গত 5 বছরের মধ্যে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে।
4. স্পেন - গত 5 বছরের মধ্যে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে।
5. সুইজারল্যান্ড - গত 5 বছরের মধ্যে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে।
6. লুক্সেমবার্গ - গত 5 বছরের মধ্যে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে।
7. পর্তুগাল - গত 5 বছরের মধ্যে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে।
8. বুলগেরিয়া - বৈধ সাধারণ পাসপোর্ট

গ) কূটনৈতিক, বিশেষ এবং অফিসিয়াল পাসপোর্টধারী

সাধারণ জ্ঞাতব্য

- যেসব দর্শক প্রবেশ ভিসা থেকে মুক্ত নয় তাদের অবশ্যই তাদের ভিসা পেতে হবে বা তুর্কি স্টিকার ভিসার জন্য প্রি-অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সিস্টেমের (www.visa.gov.tr) মাধ্যমে তুর্কি কনস্যুলার অফিসে একটি অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নির্ধারণ করতে হবে। যে সমস্ত আবেদনকারীরা প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করে তাদের ই-ভিসা সিস্টেমে তুর্কি স্টিকার ভিসার জন্য প্রাক-অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সিস্টেম দ্বারা নির্দেশিত করা হবে (www.evisa.gov.tr) যে সব দেশে তুরস্কের কনস্যুলার প্রতিনিধিত্ব নেই সেসব দেশেও অনলাইন শিডিউলিং ব্যবহার করতে পারে তুরস্কের নিকটতম স্বীকৃত কনস্যুলার অফিসে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের জন্য।

- প্রক্রিয়াকরণে বিলম্বের কারণে হতে পারে এমন অসুবিধাগুলি এড়াতে, পরিকল্পিত ভ্রমণের অন্তত এক মাস আগে ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করার সুপারিশ করা হয়।

- বিদেশীদের জমা দেওয়া ভিসা তুরস্কে প্রবেশের পরম অধিকারের নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না।

- আবেদন প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হলে ভিসা ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়

- সমস্ত আবেদনকারীদের একটি মেডিকেল বীমা থাকতে হবে যা তাদের তুরস্কে থাকার সময় বৈধ হবে।

- ভিসা বা ভিসা ছাড় দ্বারা প্রদত্ত থাকার দৈর্ঘ্য প্রতি 180 দিনের মধ্যে 90 দিনের বেশি হতে পারে না। গত 180 দিনের মধ্যে 90 দিনের থাকার নিয়ম তুরস্কে ভ্রমণ করা সমস্ত বিদেশীদের জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক।

- দুটি পাসপোর্টধারী বিদেশীদের জন্য গত 180 দিনের মধ্যে তাদের দুটি আলাদা পাসপোর্ট নিয়ে 90 দিন তুরস্কে থাকা সম্ভব নয়।

- সব ধরনের ভিসা আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রে, তুর্কি কনস্যুলার অফিসগুলি সর্বাধিক 90 দিনের থাকার সময়কাল সহ ভিসা ইস্যু করতে পারে। যে সকল বিদেশী তুরস্কে 90 দিনের বেশি সময় থাকতে চান, তাদের বসবাসের মেয়াদ বাড়ানোর জন্য প্রাদেশিক অভিবাসন প্রশাসন অধিদপ্তরে "স্বল্পমেয়াদী বসবাসের অনুমতি" এর জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।

- বিদেশীদের বসবাসের অনুমতি বাতিল করা হবে যদি তারা গত বছরে মোট 120 দিনের বেশি তুরস্কের বাইরে থাকে।

- ইউনাইটেড নেশনস (ইউএন) ট্রাভেল ডকুমেন্ট (লাইসেজ-পাসার) হোল্ডারদের জন্য যাদের কাছে নীল ইউএন ট্রাভেল ডকুমেন্ট রয়েছে, তারা তাদের অফিসিয়াল অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট প্রত্যয়িত করতে পারলে তুরস্কে তাদের সরকারী সফরের সময় পূর্ববর্তী 180 দিনের মধ্যে 90 দিনের থাকার দৈর্ঘ্য সহ ভিসা ছাড় আবেদন করতে পারে। . রেড ইউএন ট্রাভেল ডকুমেন্ট হোল্ডারদের প্রবেশ ভিসা থেকে অব্যাহতি দেওয়া হবে এবং তাদের সফরের উদ্দেশ্য নির্বিশেষে 90 দিনের পূর্ববর্তী 180 দিনের মধ্যে তুরস্কে থাকতে পারে। সাধারণ ভিসার বিধানগুলি ব্লু ইউএন ট্রাভেল ডকুমেন্ট হোল্ডারদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে তাদের মূল দেশ অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট প্রবিধান সাপেক্ষে।

- পর্যটন বা বাণিজ্য উদ্দেশ্যে (কাজ বা অধ্যয়ন ইত্যাদি) ছাড়া ভ্রমণের জন্য ভিসার আবেদনের জন্য বিদেশে তুর্কি প্রতিনিধিত্বের মাধ্যমে ভিসা পেতে হবে।

- একটি দেশের নাগরিকদের জন্য ভিসা ব্যবস্থা যাই হোক না কেন, সেই দেশের ভ্রমণ নথি ধারকদের আগে থেকেই তুর্কি মিশন থেকে ভিসা পেতে হবে।

- 18 বছরের কম বয়সী যেকোনো আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই বাবা-মা উভয়ের কাছ থেকে অফিসিয়াল লিখিত অনুমোদন জমা দিতে হবে। যে সমস্ত আবেদনকারীরা প্রত্যয়ন করে যে তাদের পিতামাতাকে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে তালাক দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং পিতামাতাকে তাদের হেফাজতে রাখা হয়েছে এবং সেই সাথে যাদের একজন পিতা-মাতা মৃত, তাদের জন্য ভিসা তাদের সফরের উদ্দেশ্য অনুসারে জারি করা যেতে পারে।

- নিম্নলিখিত ব্যক্তিদের দ্বারা জমা দেওয়া আবাসনের অনুমতির আবেদন প্রক্রিয়াকরণের অনুমোদন যারা ভিসা-মুক্ত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করে এবং স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা প্রাপ্তির প্রয়োজন ছাড়াই তুরস্কে প্রবেশ করে স্থানীয় ইমিগ্রেশন অফিসে (প্রদেশিক অভিবাসন অধিদপ্তর): বিদেশীরা যারা আমন্ত্রণে তুরস্কে আসে তুর্কি উচ্চ শিক্ষা বোর্ডের অধীনে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলি আন্তর্জাতিক ছাত্র বিনিময় প্রোগ্রাম, সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের পাশাপাশি ইইউ শিক্ষা ও যুব কর্মসূচির অধীনে সহযোগী, স্নাতক, স্নাতক, স্নাতকোত্তর, পিএইচডি স্তরে অধ্যয়ন করার জন্য।

- পর্যটন উদ্দেশ্যে নৌ বন্দর দিয়ে তুরস্কে প্রবেশ করতে ইচ্ছুক বিদেশীদের জন্য, ভিসা-মুক্ত প্রবেশের অনুমতি স্থানীয় গভর্নরেট দ্বারা জারি করা যেতে পারে। এই পারমিটগুলির থাকার সময়কাল সর্বাধিক 72 ঘন্টা থাকবে এবং এটি কেবলমাত্র নৌ বন্দরগুলির আশেপাশে যেখানে তারা দেশে প্রবেশ করেছে সেখানে দর্শনীয় উদ্দেশ্যে বৈধ হবে৷ এই অভ্যাস, যেহেতু এটি ভিসা সাপেক্ষে ভিজিটরদের প্রবেশের সুবিধা দিতে চায়, ভিসার জন্য ভিজিটরদের এনটাইটেল করে না। এই দর্শনার্থীদের পাসপোর্ট সীমান্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করে না; যাইহোক, দর্শকদের "হারবার সিটি এন্ট্রি পারমিট" দেওয়া হয় যা তাদের প্রস্থান করার সময় কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে ফেরত দিতে হয়।

- এখানে জমা দেওয়া ডেটার যে কোনও অংশ তাদের নিজ নিজ ম্যান্ডেট অনুসারে প্রাসঙ্গিক তুর্কি কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য ডাটাবেসে প্রক্রিয়া করা এবং সংরক্ষণ করা যেতে পারে।
